The Requirement
BM Solutions is the specialist lending arm of Birmingham Midshires. The website, with the front-end designed by Amatica, was first launched in 2003. Over 20,000 intermediaries registered on the site and it quickly became the market leader, winning a host of industry awards. A relaunch of the BM Solutions website in 2005 was developed to entice even more intermediaries to use the site and keep one step ahead of the competition.
The Solution
The new website launched in 2005. Developed and hosted by Amatica, it has a range of new functions, information channels and features, including video streaming, a live news feed from the BBC website, promotions and a desktop alert facility, delivering mortgage news straight to the brokers' desktop.
The Outcome
Launched to industry and press acclaim, the site consolidates BM Solutions' position as the UK's leading specialist mortgage lender and generates billions of pounds of new business every year.
