Since 1996, Amatica has been crafting websites for customers in diverse sectors from financial services and manufacturing, to public sector organisations such as education and enterprise partnerships, healthcare and government. Amatica's content management solutions enable its customers to publish information easily and efficiently. Creative design, database development, programming and hosting are delivered in-house.

The power of the Internet extends beyond promotional websites. Customers have used Amatica to unleash the power of the Internet to increase their speed of service to customers, gain a competitive edge and reduce their operating and customer service costs. Amatica's Etcetera knowledge management system is used by a number of organisations to protect valuable intellectual property rights and improve customer service delivery.

Health and Community Solutions for Inclusive Communities
Amatica's first customers came from the public sector. Today it continues to serve health and community projects with systems that deliver information and guidance to at-risk and vulnerable groups, as well as providing regeneration projects with improved facilities for administering and monitoring client intervention and outcomes. Amatica's Community Online portal system was a shortlisted nominee for the New Statesman New Media Awards in 2005.

Since 1996, Amatica has been delivering high availability internet hosting services and public access kiosk devices.

Amatica's hosting services include hosting in a secure and monitored environment, bandwidth from 1mb and upwards, industrial strength firewalls and switching, multi-server web farms, secondary site backup servers and Level 7 resilience and security providing network provider independence. Every customer's requirements are unique and Amatica delivers tailored systems to suit each customer's needs and budget.

Amatica's kiosks are designed 'fit for purpose' and have been used within receptions and retail malls, in customer service offices of job centres, hospitals, councils and housing associations. Amatica provides full project lifecycle support including project management, installation, remote monitoring and field maintenance.
