Amatica – Open for Business

Commerce and business involves both selling and purchasing. We’d be hypocritical to seek dialogues with potential customers but refuse to engage with those who believe that their company’s products and services will be useful to us.

At Amatica, we’re passionate in operating an ‘Open for Business’ policy to those wishing to sell their company’s products and services. If you believe that your company has something of interest, then you are welcome to contact us. We particularly welcome those individuals and companies who are able to present themselves in a professional manner.

Help yourself

To help those who are promoting and selling their company’s products and services, we’d like to offer the following guidelines. It will save us both time and help increase our respective companies’ productivity; it will also help us avoid the need for Amatica to register with the Telephone Preference Service:

  • Please be courteous, if your services aren’t relevant, your frustration shouldn’t evidence itself through being insistent or putting the phone down;
  • Please be respectful of those who answer the phone, our directors and senior managers frequently answer switchboard calls at busy times;
  • Please take no for an answer as we don’t make things up on impulse;
  • Check that your company operates a similar ‘open approach’ policy as we prefer to work with those who have;
  • And finally
  • If you’re offering telephone systems or energy services, please note that we operate from a managed service building and do not purchase these services directly;
  • If you represent a specialist IT recruitment agency, please note that we have a preferred supplier agreement with Network IT (Telephone: 01782 610088)

We’d like to talk to you if:

If you’re a small, local software development company, maybe a one or two man band with excellent .Net software development skills and track record, then we’d like to meet you. Similarly, if you’re a small website design company with a focus on good design and navigation and more than just an eye to accessibility, we’d also like to meet you. There’s an opportunity to bring you within our professional associate programme to work closely with Amatica.

Our business, just like yours, has to cope with peaks and troughs. Through working closely with our professional associates, we reduce the necessity to increase our permanent headcount. We prefer to work with companies local to our Birkenhead office where all of our project work is based. We’ll provide the project and network infrastructure as well as a flexible approach that allows you to support your existing customers.
