Amatica has launched Community Online, a new internet product specially designed to get community and regeneration projects online.

Community Online offers easy and ready-to-use facilities to deliver two-way communication and engage with community and voluntary groups. It delivers an Internet portal through which local businesses, community organisations, residents and visitors access information and documents online as well as providing the community with easy-to-use tools to publish online.

Community Online delivers across a range of delivery media - the internet, public access kiosks and even hand-held PDAs. Delivered as an internet service means that community projects are freed from the complications of managing of web technologies and services.

Community Online incorporates Amatica's Etcetera knowledge management software. Originally designed to support council one-stop-shops, this dynamic search facility directs enquirers to accurate information and documents stored within Community Online.
