Service availability of the NHS Direct kiosks continues to exceed the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the NHS Direct.
Service levels for the NHS Direct kiosk project in January 2004 achieved 97.37%.

Since implementation commenced in October 2000 Amatica and its service partners have consistently exceeded the SLA.
Amatica provides a fully managed service for the NHS Direct, which includes kiosk design, installation, implementation, project management, co-ordination with third parties and site owners as well as remote monitoring, content management and updating and maintenance.
