RMNJ solicitors to go online with Internet conveyancy and payments

Legal specialists RMNJ have contracted Action MultiMedia to develop an online property conveyancing and payments system. The system will provide RMNJ customers with online facilities to track the progress of conveyances and make online payments. The project is financially assisted by funding from Merseyside's European Regional Development Fund.

In addition to developing the Internet end-user interfaces, Action MultiMedia are providing specialist skills to integrate RMNJ's back-office legal case management system with the new online conveyancing system. Payments for land registry, searches and legal fees will be made via a secure online payments facility.

The new Internet system will enable RMNJ to bring increased levels of customer service, efficiency and information on the progress of conveyancing customers' property.

As well as providing Internet development and back-office integration, Action MultiMedia is providing RMNJ with web hosting and a secure environment for online payments.

In addition, Action MultiMedia working in conjunction with Wiggett Design to design and implement a new corporate identity and livery.

RMNJ are based in Birkenhead and provide legal and property conveyancing services throughout the UK.

Action MultiMedia is authorised by Greater Merseyside Enterprise to deliver ERDF funded IT services to Merseyside small and medium sized businesses. RMNJ has been able to secure 40% of the project cost from ERDF funds managed by Greater Merseyside Enterprise.

Action MultiMedia now operates under the trading name of Amatica.
