Elite CRM empowers New Deal for Communities Scheme

Amatica's Elite CRM system is enabling the West Ham & Plaistow New Deal for Communities project to deliver advice and information to local residents to assist them in developing their career, be it through training, employment, advice or financial assistance.

Public funding demands strict adherance to rules for recording information, reporting outputs and financial auditing. To enable the project team to do this efficiently, Amatica has developed a bespoke CRM solution, tailored to their needs.

Elite CRM has two key functions:
 - to support the day-to-day administration - capturing members' information, producing mailshots and recording interventions;
- to produce monthly reports informing funding bodies and stakeholders of key outputs.

Elite CRM is hosted on an Internet ASP model. The system sits on a central web server, hosted by Amatica. Elite users can access the system via a secure web site. This means that users are able to access information from any location, using their own personal login - ideal for a highly mobile project team.

A hierarchy of editorial control is built into Elite CRM, ensuring that only authorised people can view sensitive personal information.

The portability and flexibility of the system mean that the Elite team have a system that is fully tailored to their changing needs.

The scheme, which was one of the original 39 pilot programs launched in 2001 by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister, has been hailed as one of the most successful to date.

Amatica has done a fantastic job on our new website. I am sure that it will springboard our business in 2010, a great result in such a short timeframe.
