NHS Direct Kiosk Project - Serviceability Statistics: February 2002

Availability across all installed NHS Direct kiosks for February 2002 achieved 97%. Performance of Action MultiMedia's managed service continues to exceed the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the NHS Direct.

Since implementation commenced in October 2000 Action MultiMedia and its service partners have consistently exceeded the SLA.

Action MultiMedia provides a fully managed service for the NHS Direct, which includes kiosk design, installation, implementation, project management, co-ordination with third parties and site owners as well as remote monitoring, content management and updating and maintenance.
