NHS Direct Kiosk Project - Servicability Statistics: December 2002
Availablity across all installed NHS Direct kiosks for December 2002 achieved 99%. Performance of Action MultiMedia's managed service continues to exceed the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the NHS Direct.
Since implementation commenced in October 2000 Action MultiMedia and its service partners have consistently exceeded the SLA.
Action MultiMedia provides a fully managed service for the NHS Direct, which includes kiosk design, installation, implementation, project management, co-ordination with third parties and site owners as well as remote monitoring, content management and updating and maintenance.
Action MultiMedia now operates under the trading name of Amatica.
