e-Business solution for Greater Merseyside Enterprise
As part of an ongoing project, Action MultiMedia is assisting Greater Merseyside Enterprise (GME) in implementing its e-business strategy.
A new customer oriented website has been introduced with full online booking facilities for courses, together with an internal Intranet system. Action MultiMedia has provided content management facilities to enable GME staff to keep their website up-to-date. The next phase will see Action MultiMedia adding greater business functionality, knowledge management facilities, e-CRM and undertaking back-office integration.
