Innovation Awards finalists announced

The three finalists for this year's Merseyside Innovation Awards have been announced.

The judges have selected St. Helens manufacturing company Kleen and Green, Bromborough online building materials exchange BuilderScrap, and Hoylake environmentally-friendly light developer Sign Lights to progress to the final.

The Innovation Awards, now in their 15th year, aim to recognise and reward the use of innovation as a means of boosting growth and profitability. This year’s winner will receive £10,000 cash and advice worth £4,000.

The final takes place on 8th July at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool, where the judging panel will include Gary Millar of Liverpool City Council, Steve Sealey of Aquarius Equity and Howard Rose of Mast Group, who were the winners of the first round of awards back in 1996.
