Amatica releases version 3.5 of Proximity content management
The version 3.5 of Proximity, Amatica’s content management system has now been released, complete with a new interface, features and .Net architecture.
Proximity now supports more than a dozen client websites and intranets, including Syndicate Asset Management Group, Wirral Investment Network and Hanseatic Group, as well as Bank of Scotland International's corporate intranet, enabling users to publish online content easily and quickly.
Version 3.5 offers even greater flexibility, scalability and improved website management features over previous versions. Website editors can now manage multiple sites from the same interface, while a full audit trail, workflow and role based user access and privileges ensure the security and integrity of online content.
Unlike many content management solutions, Proximity does not compromise natural search and accessibility standards. It enables publishers to focus on the key tasks of maintaining online content, keeping websites fresh and up to date whilst automatically maintaining compliance standards.
“This latest release is a major step forward for Proximity” says Sue Roberts, Amatica’s managing director.
"So many of today's so called enterprise content management systems are expensive, cumbersome and create more problems than they solve. With Proximity 3.5, we've further enhanced our easy to use, practical solution for enabling non-technical users keep their online content fresh and up to date."
Four client websites have already been upgraded to Proximity CMS v3.5, with more due to come online over the next few months.
The speed at which we've delivered these websites only confirms what we say about Proximity - "make it easy - make it quick".
