Driving up customer service with Merseyside Police
Merseyside Police is to start using Amatica's Proximity FAQ/KMS software to help drive up customer service levels. The project is to raise the levels of customer service within Merseyside Police's website.
The first phase of the improvement programme involves integrating Amatica's Proximity system with Merseyside Police's website to deliver improved FAQ (frequently asked questions) support for Internet users. Online personalisation techniques are being used to raise the quality of website customer experience.
Merseyside Police's Head of Communication & Marketing, Jayne Pugh is helping drive up customer service levels through providing easier access and better information for the general public as well as users within the Merseyside Police organisation.
"All too often, website FAQs are extremely limited and offer little help to the user." says Jayne Pugh. "Using Amatica's system, we have the opportunity to bring the expertise and knowledge of our front line teams and management to the fore making it easier for us to engage with our community. It's all part of our target to raise confidence levels by being be more open, accessible and accountable."
Amatica's Proximity FAQ/KMS is in use with a number of organisations including global glass manufacturer Pilkington.
