A new property asset management portal has gone live for the Corporate Services division of Halifax Estate Agents (HEA). The system has been designed, developed and delivered by Amatica.
The system enables HEA and its clients to track and review the progress of properties it manages, with a detailed audit trail and support for secure multi-user, multi level access.
Built using the latest web technology, including .Net 3.5, MVC, ExtJS and AJAX, Amatica has created a dynamic, responsive application that offers HEA and its clients improved support for management decisions and enables day to day users to be more effective and productive.
Halifax Estate Agents is one of the UK's largest chains of estate agents with Corporate Services providing asset and property management services to corporate clients.
