Wirral Investment Network launches new website

The new website for Wirral Investment Network (WIN) went live on the Internet today Monday 17th December 2007. Designed and implemented by Amatica, the new website is part of Wirral Investment Network's drive to recruit fresh members and invigorate debate and participation in community and economic issues.

Speaking on behalf of WIN, Paula Basnett is delighted with the new website saying "It was a pleasure to work closely with Amatica's staff on the new WIN website. All the way through this project Amatica provided excellent creative inputs and high quality design concepts whilst ensuring that they were delivering exactly the message which ourselves - the client - wanted. Close contact was enabled on a daily basis all the way through the website build stage and they were also open and responsive to our ideas taking many on board and incorporating them into their own design concepts.

“What also impressed was the speed in which this project was started and then through to its launch date - all done with exceptional quality and care."

The website will be officially launched at Wirral Investment Network's Christmas event for members which takes place at Inglewood Manor on the Wirral on Tuesday 18th December 2007.

Amatica has used its ProXimity content management suite to speed development as well as providing facilities that enable Wirral Investment Network to maintain website content. In addition to the website development and hosting, Amatica is providing facilities and advice in managing email campaign facilities to improve communication between WIN and its members.

Wirral Investment Network is a partnership between the private and public sectors and includes organisations such as Amatica, Arriva, Givaudan, Shell, MerseyTravel, Unilever and Vauxhall (General Motors). The public sector is represented by Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council and Birkenhead, Wirral Primary Care Trust and Wirral Metropolitan College.
