Staffordshire Moorlands showcase citizen access system at IDeA conference

Staffordshire Moorlands Council showcased its kiosk citizen access system at a flagship conference for local government services. The system was demonstrated at the IDeA Front Office Shared Services Conference on 22nd and 23rd May, at the Victoria Park Plaza Hotel in London.

The council's kiosk system integrates with Anite’s Pericles council revenue and benefits software application. Amatica provides Staffordshire Moorlands with kiosk management services and supported the conference demonstration with technical advice and support.

Amatica has provided Staffordshire Moorlands with kiosk services since 2005 and provides dedicated kiosk management software that integrates with back office systems. Anite is a software provider specialising in systems for local Government; their Pericles software is used by Staffordshire Moorlands. IDeA aims to raise council performance through promotion of good practice with examples from councils across England and Wales.
