Santa Claus and his double accompanied by Debbie the Elf made an early visit to businesses located in Birkenhead's Egerton House. The visit was arranged by the facility management company Egerton House (Wirral) Ltd who are responsible for the running of the prestigious dockside offices.

Staff working in Egerton House's 26 businesses were surprised and excited by the unscheduled visit. Proving that the Christmas spirit is alive and well, the Santas and Elf distributed bottles of wine, mince pies and cakes to staff working in Egerton House.

David Roberts, who recently stood down as a director of Egerton House (Wirral) Ltd, commented "It was great bit of unexpected fun for all of Egerton House's businesses. It was a great way to spread a bit of Christmas cheer and mark the end of my five years on the Egerton House board of directors". Phil Smith, general manager for Egerton House (Wirral) Ltd said "Today's visit by our Elf and Santas is a fine example of the individual relationships we have with our licencees".

Those disguised behind Santa's beard were Phil Smith head of Wirral Direct and David Roberts director of Amatica. Debbie Davies, one of Egerton House (Wirral) Ltd's reception and admin staff, stunningly performed the role as Santa's helper.
