Secure kiosks bring internet access to call centre staff

Amatica has supplied 5 kiosks to a major UK broadcaster for use in their call centre north of the border.

The kiosks, located in the staff restaurant, offer access to the company's intranet, specifically, a volunteering site that encourages employees to give their time towards local projects. 2005 has been designated the year of the volunteer and employers are being encouraged to allow staff paid leave in order to volunteer.
