Millions will continue to opt out of the internet
A survey by BT says that by 2025, there will still be a massive 40% of the UK population who will be without internet access at home.
Despite the falling cost of PC's and internet access in recent years, there is a large section of society who lack the motivation or skills needed to make the most of the internet.
Despite numerous measures and initiatives to tackle social exclusion, the digital divide looks set to remain for some time yet.
