Amatica has completed its adoption and implementation of the Prince2 project management method. Prince2 is recognised throughout the ICT industry and is demanded by central government and many local councils.

Amatica's PRINCE2 system encompasses all aspects of its application development processes as well as its technology services which includes public access kiosks and provision of Internet web farm systems.

Jenni Allen, Amatica's chief technology officer believes that Prince2 will enhance the delivery of its Internet based solutions. "We have always taken a disciplined approach to managing projects so Prince2 wouldn't create an overhead. However, it has enabled Amatica to formalise its previous methods into a defined and standardised structure".
