The Requirement

The New Deal project team required a CRM system to support consultants in delivering assistance to local people and in reporting to funding bodies and stakeholders on the outputs achieved by the project.

With an off-the-shelf package requiring too much re-purposing, Amatica designed a web based system tailored to their needs.

The system can be accessed securely by staff from any location. It supports the day to day running of the project, capturing people's information and recording interventions. It has facilities to produce mailshots and reports on key performance indicators.
