To provide a self-service kiosk to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council, as part of a pilot scheme to extend online services to local residents and visitors across the region.

The Solution

The kiosk, supplied and configured by Amatica, is based in the George Hotel in Cranbrook in Kent, offering access to tourist information and online council services.

The pilot is a joint initiative between Tunbridge Wells Council and the Cranbrook Tourism Development Forum.

The Outcome

Commenting on this new development, Amatica's Mark Sampey said "Our work with Tunbridge Wells is further illustration of how local government and tourism organisations value Amatica's experience in self-service kiosk systems."

They went so far as to redesign the kiosk to our specifications, so we ended up with precisely the product we required.
