Trafford Housing Trust supplies and manages affordable housing, giving housing advice and support to people in the Trafford area.

Kiosk Solutions - Trafford Housing Association - Housing

As one of the largest social housing providers in North West England, wished to extend access to online housing services to people in the local area through touchscreen kiosks.

A pilot scheme was launched in 2008.

The Solution

Located in the Stretford Shopping precinct office, the Stealth kiosk supplied by Amatica enables local tenants to explore Trafford Housing Trust's services online, including repair reporting, rent payment and choice based lettings. The kiosk is equipped with the SiteKiosk secure browser to ensure online security.

The Outcome

If the pilot kiosk proves successful, further kiosk installations could be rolled out to the other seven Trafford Housing Trust branches across Manchester.

What also impressed was the speed in which this project was started and then through to its launch date - all done with exceptional quality and care.
