Web-enabled Systems

In many instances, existing systems perform a satisfactory business function yet are limited in their capability to service customers and partners online. Web-enablement is a quick and cost effective means of integrating online capability with an existing back office system.

The increasing provision of online facilities in competitive market sectors, combined with online user expectations that websites provide more than static 'brochureware', means that the ability to service online can become critical to customer retention.

Amatica has extensive expertise in bridging the gap between back office systems and delivering web-enabled customer and partner focused online services.

Although many of the back office systems in place contain information that are ideal for improving and delivering client services, all to often, they lack the technology base to support and deliver it online.

Amatica's approach is to provide a new data extract and import service that transfers data between the back office system and web users in a controlled manner.

This approach, often described as loose coupled integration, removes the need and risk of changing back office systems. This separation provides greater security to the back office system whilst enabling scalable levels of data validation and user services.

Web-enabled Systems

This approach has been successfully applied to a number of client businesses including fund managers and solicitors.

Amatica has done a fantastic job on our new website. I am sure that it will springboard our business in 2010, a great result in such a short timeframe.
