Our company values provide the background environment for our business. Of equal importance are Amatica's business principles; these are the methods and processes that mean that we deliver our customer projects in an organised and methodical way.

Amatica has adopted the PRINCE2 project management method for the delivery of its customer projects. It means that we have the processes in place to define the project tasks to be undertaken and evaluate the project stages that present risk to the delivery.
